Leah Courtney has a background in political communications, digital media and grassroots campaigns. She previously served as a political communications coordinator at the grassroots-focused, nonprofit Leadership Institute, where she organized trainings for campaign managers and candidates. She also worked as a social media analyst at a DC-based consulting firm focusing on campaigns, grassroots engagement, lobbying, message/brand development, and social media.
Leah got her start working on local and statewide campaigns in her home state of Florida, where she also served as a field director for the Republican National Committee.
She graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Political Science and International Studies. She served as chair of the UWF College Republicans as well as in a leadership role in UWF’s Student Government Association.
